Returns & Exchanges (7 Days)
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from receiving your package. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Custom solutions may not be eligible unless defective.
How to Make a Warranty Claim or Return

- Send the item back as instructed—ensure it’s safely packaged.
- Resolution: We’ll inspect and proceed with re-service, replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Proof of Purchase
Please provide your order confirmation, receipt, or a valid proof of purchase so we can locate your order.
Shipping Costs
- Service defect: We’ll advise on options; where reasonable, related costs may be covered.
- Change‑of‑mind returns: Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive details, assessment usually takes 2–5 business days. We’ll update you on the outcome and next steps.
